World Heart Day - 5 tips for your healthy heart

World heart day is celebrated today on 29th of September every year. World heart day was started in the year 2000 to convey the message of heart diseases which can cause death and how to keep your heart healthy

The fact is that by the year 2030 more than 23 million people will die from cardiovascular disease annually. World heart federation spread the news together with its member then 80% of premature deaths from heart disease and stroke can be easily avoided if the use of tobacco, unhealthy diet are controlled properly.

My suggestion to keep your heart healthy is
  1. Eat more dark chocolates 
  2. Reduce the use of unsaturated fats
  3. Burn some calories every day though any means like jogging, working, running, gymnasium etc. 
  4. Avoid fast food 
  5. Drink loads of water & Oats in breakfast.
