A K Hangal Died at the age of 97 – A K Hangal Acted in more than 250 movies
passed away early today morning at Ashaa Parekh Hospital located in Vile Parle –
He was facing small illness due to fracture in his thigh Bone.
A K hangal was one of the famous actor played various
characters in the movies like – Shaukeen, Avatar, Sholay, Bawarchi, Lagaan. Personally
I love his role in Bawarchi starting Rajesh Khanna. Hangal movie career started
late although the actor participated in freedom movement and initiated as a
tailor, Further he got his first break in the hindi film industry at the age of
51 with the movie – Teesri Kasam.
The bad news is that to perform his last rites only Rakesh
Bedi, Raza Murad and others were present. No Big people from industry were
present at the cremation
