Here we go with the superb images of the much awaited metro project of Mumbai - I would say the first metro Project of Mumbai. The Mumbai metro tested by engineers who camed from China CSR Nanjing, The Metro will run from Versova till Andheri via Ghatkopar.
March 2013 is the date where people expect these metro trains to be on tracks

The connection of Versova - Andheri - Ghatkopar - Metro line estimated to cost around 2,300 Crores and this will connect the central and western suburbs.
Mumbaikar's are hoping that this Metro will reduce the railway rush + the road traffic which is packed during peak hours
