aise aane se to behtar tha na aana tera
apne dil ko bhi bataoon na thikana tera,
sab ne jaana jo pata ek ne jaana tera
tu jo aye zulf pareshaan si raha karti hai,
kiske ujdeh hue dil me hai thikana tere
arzoo hi na rahi subh-e-watan ki mujhko,
